Food & Nutrition
At Ascot Drive Early Childhood Centre we supply the children with Morning Tea, Lunch and Afternoon Tea. Morning tea is served with milk for all the children.
We serve the following meals at the estimated times below:
- Morning Tea: 9:15am
- Lunch: 11:30am
- Afternoon Tea: 2:30pm
- Late Snack: 4:45pm
Children are allowed to bring Breakfast in if they want to, we ask that children don't bring breakfast in after 8:00am. If children bring food to the centre please ensure there is no NUTS or EGG as we have children who are allergic to these food products.
We ensure that all our meals cater for the individual child, including vegetarian, allergies, which also means we have a no nut policy due to children having nut allergies within our service.
Birthdays are a special time for children. To help celebrate your child’s birthday (or any other special occasion) you are welcome to bring along a cake. A simple sponge or cupcakes.
